March 3, 2021 Update

As you may be aware, Governor Abbott is rescinding the face mask requirement in Texas as of Wednesday, March 10th.  At TOC Eye & Face and TOC Medical Spa, our biggest concern is for the safety of our patients and our staff.  We will continue with the recommended protocols provided by the CDC and Texas Department of Health at this time. This includes hand sanitizer, temperature checks, face masks over mouth and nose and social distancing for all staff and patients while inside the facility.

No visitors will be allowed, outside of the patient and people who are required to help facilitate care for the patient. All visitors will be asked to stay home or remain outside of the office during the appointment.

Any patients experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms in the last 7 days will be rescheduled.  Symptoms include fever of 100, fatigue, dry cough, sore throat, loss of tase or smell, or exposure to a COVID-19 positive patient.

All patients presenting with a fever will be rescheduled, temperatures will be taken upon entry to the facility.

As always, we have hand sanitizer available for staff and patients in all areas of our offices, and we encourage frequent use, as well as hand washing.
